Brandon , Manitoba
- Koch Fertilizer Canada, ULC – Plant and terminal system serving the important agricultural area in Canada and the northern United States. The plant produces anhydrous ammonia, urea, UAN solutions, nitric acid, ammonium nitrate solution, ammonium polyphosphate, and ammonium thiosulfate.
Trinidad and Tobago
- Point Lisas Nitrogen Limited – Affiliates of Koch Nitrogen own 50 percent of PLN, which owns an ammonia plant in the country, along with the rights to market 50 percent of PLN’s ammonia production.
- Caribbean Nitrogen Company Limited – Affiliates of Koch Nitrogen own a minority equity interest in CNC, which owns an ammonia plant, along with the rights to market 100 percent of CNC’s ammonia production.
- Nitrogen (2000) Unlimited – Affiliates of Koch Nitrogen own a minority equity interest in N2000, which owns an ammonia plant in the country, along with the rights to market 100 percent of N2000’s production.
Venezuela
- Affiliates of Koch Nitrogen own a minority equity interest in FertiNitro, which owns an ammonia and urea plant in Jose, along with the rights to market 50 percent of FertiNitro’s total production.
