Nitamin Nfusion® fertilizer is designed for blending with other fertilizers. Typical blends will have Nitamin Nfusion® as 10-30% of the nitrogen content. While Nitamin Nfusion® fertilizer is completely compatible with the most widely-used nitrogen liquids, there are limits to how some other sources of nitrogen and other nutrients can be blended with it. Some general guidelines to compatibility with Nitamin Nfusion® fertilizer are shown in the table below.
In general, Nitamin Nfusion® nitrogen will not be stable in blends that have a very low pH. Koch Agronomic Services recommends buffering the pH to higher than five before adding Nitamin Nfusion® and adjusting the final pH to higher than seven if more than a few days of stability are needed. Nitamin Nfusion® fertilizer is infinitely water soluble, so it can be diluted with any amount of water. Before blending with any micronutrient package, herbicide, fungicide or pesticide, we suggest you make a jar blend to check compatibility.
To determine exactly how much Nitamin Nfusion® fertilizer should be added to another nitrogen source to make up a given ratio (by either weight or volume), please see our
Blending Guidelines. If you need additional information regarding blending with Nitamin Nfusion® nitrogen, please contact our Customer Service Group at 866-264-8264.
